What to include in your message
- the email address you used to sign in to Dulian Creator,
- your device and the version of Dulian Creator, if known,
- a short description of the problem and the steps that led to it,
- if possible, a screenshot without confidential content.
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
Account and data
- Delete your account: Profile → Settings → Delete account. All steps, and how to request deletion without access to the app, are on Account deletion.
- Download your data: Profile → Settings → Download my data.
- Disconnect social media accounts: in the app; tokens, connection data and metrics are deleted immediately.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, erasure): see the Privacy Policy or write to info@dulian.app.
Subscription and payments
You can send questions about plans, payments and cancellations to info@dulian.app. Cancelling a subscription and deleting your account are separate actions.
Problems with AI results
If a result generated by Dulian AI is wrong, unsuitable or offensive, describe the case and, if possible, give the time it happened. Always review AI results yourself before publishing.
