Overview
This page applies to the Dulian Creator app (developer and provider: Dulian, owner Çağlar Körükcü). You can delete your account yourself in the app at any time. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email to info@dulian.app.
Deleting in the app
Path in the Dulian Creator app: Profile → Settings → Delete account
- Open Dulian Creator and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and open Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Permanently delete account.
The app shows that the deletion request was received and signs you out. Deletion is final and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, open Profile → Settings → Download my data.
Deleting by email
Write to info@dulian.app. The link opens your email program with the subject Dulian Creator – Account Deletion Request already filled in. Please use the email address you used to create your account where possible. For security we may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything. We handle the request without delay, at the latest within one month, and confirm the deletion by email.
Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete the whole account. In the app you can delete individual library entries, disconnect linked social media accounts (tokens, connection data and metrics are deleted immediately) and change your profile details. For any other data you can request deletion by email to info@dulian.app.
Data that is deleted
- your access (email address, sign-in data),
- your creator profile with all details and settings,
- your profile photo,
- your library saved in the cloud; library entries stored locally on your device are removed by the app after deletion succeeds,
- linked Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts with access tokens and stored metrics; for TikTok and YouTube we revoke access with the provider where it supports this,
- quota and notification settings,
- the note and reported result in your reports about AI results.
Instagram provides no interface for revoking access. Also remove access there in Instagram settings under "Apps and websites".
Data that is temporarily kept
We may keep some data for a limited time for security, proof or legal reasons. It is then no longer directly linked to your account and can only be matched through a keyed hash. After that it is deleted.
